In october Mitch had a class in California for two weeks, so we made a vacation out of it and while we were there we were able to go to disneyland and to the aquarium of the pacific. We also spent some time on the beach.
Update on the pups:
Hunter is now about 8 months old, and weighs almost 60 lbs! He is getting to be very big, almost as tall as sheba, but not even close to as filled out as Sheba is. Hunter also has a big crush on Rina's dog Piper, they came over for a night, and when they left, Hunter would whine at the door for a minute, then run to his room to look out the window, then run back to the front door to whine, and layed down and waited for a while for her to come back. But being a puppy still, his patience didn't last more than 20 minutes, but it was still so cute.
Sheba is doing just great. We had her "birthday" back in October. We celebrate her adoption date as her birthday. She is currently pushing 90 lbs, and is still a lapdog.
We took the two dogs to get shots over the weekend, and as soon as we sat down, sheba jumped right into Mitch's lap, and other pet owners laughed, and said "That is some lapdog!". They were also the most behaved dogs at the place. They would sit or lie down when told. They didn't bark or growl like most other dogs. (Hunter did whine though) Hunter was very curious to everyone around him, especially the little kids and babies that would sit next to us, he is also very much in love with Kaden. Anytime they come over, he runs out the front door to say hello, and gets so excited, that he tinkles a little. Then he tries to kiss Kaden as much as possible. Kaden is getting to the size where he isn't getting knocked over by Hunter anymore, but still gets a little overwhelmed.
